Filled with natural wheat grains, our bags are designed to comfortably lie on the neck, shoulder and back etc. to alleviate muscle aches and pains.

Heat Instructions.
Tummy - 2 minutes in the microwave and apply to the affected area.
Standard - 2 minutes in the microwave and apply to the affected area.
Frail Care - Can also be heated to help with pain relief if heated in the microwave for approximately 30-45 second.
Kiddies - Can also be heated to help with pain relief if heated in the microwave for approximately 30-45 second.
