    We offer various fillings including Hollow Fibre, Ball Fibre, Micro Fibre, and both standard and Memory Foam chips.

Shipping and Delivery
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver nationwide across South Africa, serving private homes, hospitals, clinics, and hospitality businesses like hotels and guest houses. We have also successfully handled large supply contracts in other African countries.
  • How long will my delivery take?
    Delivery times can vary depending on the item. While standard stock items typically move faster, custom-made furniture or specific medical equipment may have longer lead times. Contact us at info@bedsandpillows.co.za for a specific estimate on your order.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of the items in your cart.
Returns and Refunds
  • What is your return policy?
    In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you generally have 7 days from the date of delivery to return goods if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
  • Are there any items that cannot be returned?
    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on linen products, mattress protectors, or pillows once they have been opened or used. Custom-made items or those manufactured to specific fabric or colour choices are also generally non-returnable.
  • How do I initiate a return?
